The home is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you as you get closer to your check-in date. The code is changed after every guest.

Located in a quiet residential area of Seneca, this home offers a peaceful retreat just minutes from Lake Keowee and Clemson University. Enjoy easy access to boating, fishing, and scenic outdoor activities, along with nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and local shops. The area is perfect for both relaxing getaways and game day visits, offering a balance of nature and convenience.

A car is highly recommended to get around Seneca and nearby attractions. Lake Keowee, Clemson University, restaurants, and grocery stores are all within a short 5–10 minute drive. Parking is available on-site, making it easy for multiple vehicles. Rideshare options may be limited, so having your own transportation will provide the most flexibility during your stay.

SWIMMING POOL RULES

•⁠ There is no safety fence around the pool
•⁠ ⁠Use pool at your own risk. We are not responsible for accidents or injuries.
•⁠ ⁠If children are part of your group, they must know how to swim and must be supervised by an adult at ALL times while using or near the pool.
•⁠ ⁠Supervise children wherever they could find water. Children can drown in as little as an inch of water.
•⁠ ⁠No one should swim alone — this includes adults.
•⁠ ⁠Designate an adult to actively watch children during pool use. For larger groups, rotate supervision and clearly identify the responsible adult (e.g., with a shirt, hat, or badge) to avoid distractions.
•⁠ ⁠No food, drinks, or glass inside the pool.
•⁠ ⁠No running, pushing, or dangerous horseplay around the pool.

• A pool technician might visit during your stay to clean the pool and check chemical levels.
