On arrival, the carpet was noticeably dirty, the home smelled musty, and the yard was very unkempt. Overall, cleanliness was below expectation. The stay was manageable, but the property would benefit from better maintenance. That said, Ryu the host, was very responsive, communicative and easy to work with. I had no issues with him and appreciated his quick response to my concerns.  On a positive note, the beds seemed newer and were comfortable, and the smell of the home improved after running the air conditioner for a while. In addition, a vacuum was available and we were able to do a thorough vacuuming of the home, which helped." (8/5)
