The host was very responsive; when we found no lighter or kindling for the fire pit, they ordered an Instacart delivery, which we appreciated. That said, there is room for improvement. 
The ping-pong room lighting was glaring, dining chairs were uncomfortable, beds were too soft, pillows were uncomfortable, and I got skin irritation from the sheets. The house also lacked body lotion, laundry/towel baskets, and a proper cutting board. The s'mores kit was a nice idea, but we were unsure how old the crackers were." (8/5)
